The Big Questions:
Who helps us have peace?
What are some things that you worry about? (Have an open conversation with your children about what worries them, and be honest about some of the things that worry you. It helps your children to know that they are not alone in their worry)
What can you do when the negative thoughts creep in?
Read the story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in Daniel 3. They Had peace knowing that they obeyed God and that they would be with God in heaven if they died. Even in the situations we do not have control over, we still can have Peace knowing that God has control over the outcome
Challenge: This week when you are feeling worried or scared about something stop, pray and give thanks.
