It’s hard to imagine what FVChurch would look like, without Chris Whitney.
I’m not saying that to flatter him, or overstate his role. I genuinely believe that our ministry would be drastically different, without his influence, gifts, and contributions.
Most of us don’t see his work, in fact, if he does his jobs well, you will never notice him. He’s like the wind, you can’t see the wind, but you can see the affects of the wind.
Chris Whitney’s life changed when he began serving at FVChurch. He loves being able to enable ministry to happen, and sees his behind-the-scenes roll as crucial to the bigger picture—and he’s totally right! We couldn’t do what we do without people like Chris using their gifts and talents within the church.
