chose the “wait them out” tactic
did not repent
Israel:
represented God well
persevered through His battle strategy
surrendered totally to His will
TRUSTED in the Lord
Rahab:
not righteous
saved by faith
The truly baffling part of this story is not that Jericho experienced such extensive judgment and destruction but that Rahab and her family received such extensive mercy and grace.
