FV Church has a vision to make a difference in the addiction problem within Adams County. Now we have a plan to make it happen, the Freedom Foundation.
— Pastor Candace Pringle

The Freedom Foundation is an extension of who Freedom Valley is as a church.  It is giving over and above our tithes and offerings, and it allows us to resource our vision as a church and the partnerships of our local & global initiatives.  It is an avenue for each and every person that calls FVChurch HOME to thoughtfully steward the resources that are in their hand and to put into practice the biblical principles of generosity and sow ‘seed’ into both our church and local and global communities.

The Freedom Foundation invests into three key areas:

Our Home - mortgages on our properties and projects.  The Foundation will cover 28% of the total payoff amount, in 2018-2019.

Our Backyard - the Freedom House Program!  The Foundation will cover 54% of this total, with missions giving covering 46%. We hope to raise enough in 2018-2019 to have start up costs, and the first year of the program covered.

Our Future - the Freedom House Renovation Project.  The Foundation will cover 100% of this total, unless we receive grants or outside giving.

We hope to raise $335,000 by the end of 2019, so we can reach all of these goals!

  1. Pray. Prayerfully consider the part you will play in the FV Foundation.  It's not about equal giving, but equal sacrifice.  As we all play our party the reach and the impact will be truly unprecedented!

  2. Commit. Join the FVFoundation by filling out the Faith Promise form.  YOU can be part of the solution in our world!  Your commitment will go a long way to fixing the addiction problem in our community, and bringing JESUS to Adams County!

  3. Plan. Plan for generosity.  Every significant sacrifice requires a plan.  Never underestimate the power of budgeting for your generosity!

Our prayer theme for 2018 is found in Matthew 9:37-38, “Then He said to his disciples, ‘The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.’”  We know that it is God who provides the resources, the workers, and the vision, and we believe that we exist, not for ourselves, but for the benefit of others. For Those Not Yet Here!
