Freedom Valley would love to host your group or organization, if we can!
Here are the policies:

AUDITORIUM USAGE

WITH STAGE, SOUND, & SCREEN

  • $100 media booth volunteer

  • $100 maintenance staff

  • $200 facilities donation

  • $100 for any additional set up requests. This is waived if you’re using our set up with no changes.

    WITHOUT STAGE, SOUND, & SCREEN

  • $100 maintenance staff

    TOTAL: $300-400

**The Auditorium seats 200-215 on a normal weekend set up.

MEETING ROOM USAGE

  • $50 maintenance fee

  • $50 maintenance staff

  • $50 facilities donation

  • $50 for any additional set up requests. This is waived if you’re using our set up with no changes.

**All the available meeting rooms will probably only host 30-50 people comfortably.


GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • All reservations should be made 30 days in advance, fill out the form below to check availability.

  • If your event is approved, you’ll be sent another form, with a deposit option. Your facility usage is not reserved until the deposit is paid.

  • Our facilities should only be open until 10pm at the latest, if you expect your event to last longer than that, an additional fee may be considered.

  • No alcohol is permitted at any event.
