Here are the policies:
AUDITORIUM USAGE
WITH STAGE, SOUND, & SCREEN
$100 media booth volunteer
$100 maintenance staff
$200 facilities donation
$100 for any additional set up requests. This is waived if you’re using our set up with no changes.

**The Auditorium seats 200-215 on a normal weekend set up.
MEETING ROOM USAGE
$50 maintenance fee
$50 maintenance staff
$50 facilities donation
$50 for any additional set up requests. This is waived if you’re using our set up with no changes.

**All the available meeting rooms will probably only host 30-50 people comfortably.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
All reservations should be made 30 days in advance, fill out the form below to check availability.
If your event is approved, you’ll be sent another form, with a deposit option. Your facility usage is not reserved until the deposit is paid.
Our facilities should only be open until 10pm at the latest, if you expect your event to last longer than that, an additional fee may be considered.
No alcohol is permitted at any event.
